Hi all,

I am here working in Canada and ready to send out my application under Arranged employment category.
I am pretty confuse that can I travel oversea around 1 month after I just send out my application (with complete docs, pcc, language test, etc..)
Someone told me that's fine, but some of my friends they doubt about that..
Under this category, do we need to stick with same job till got pr?

Hi! I have a question. I have an arranged employment in Canada and working in IT on contract. I am on open work permit. Am i eligible to apply under this category? Any one here on Open work permit?

Hi Roop,

To be eligible under arranged employment, your employer needs to get an LMO. You need to be hired on that LMO. So currently, no, unfortunately you're not eligible.

I received my Passport Request last week. Here is my timeline:

Application sent - Feb 24
AOR - Mar 21
Medical Request + RPRF - April 3
Medical Completed - April 15
Medical Received - May 09
Passport Request - May 27
Passport Sent - June 3

Hoping to receive COPR soon. They have not confirmed anything yet but my ECAS status changed to Decision Made a day after I received Passport Request.

Good luck! Hope everyone's process is expedited. It is definitely rewarding

Hi, isquare.
I think you are the very close to get CoPR.
In case of me, it changed to Decision Made on 13th April and CoPR issued on just the day after on 14th April.
So, you could get yours by this week or milddld of next week.
