Well I was on Post Graduate open work permit and not on LMO. They need LMO. So my application was rejected!!

I sent only Indian PCC, never applied here in Canada. Gonna apply for that as well. I was checking web sheet, we can expext something this month.

I got Canadian PCC already. It's very convenient. Toronto police website allows online application. They email you the date it will be ready and you just go pick it up! Unlike this BLS, go there wait for 2 hours

Can u tell me how much time does it take to get PCC from india? My passport is from ahmedabad and i stay at pune. Will it cause some delay if i get PCC from pune? My police verification was done when i gotmy passport from ahmedabad.

Hi... I just want to ask if I am eligible to apply as FSW with arrange employment... I have 10 years managerial experience ( but not on the 50 Nocs) back home and currently I am Food Service Supervisor.

To be eligible under arranged employment, you need to have an LMO.

I am fsw 2014 NOC category applicant. I am in a dilemma now. My file reached CIO on 7th may 2014. My NOC is 2173 . after I missed opportunity in 2013 I contacted a lawyer in Canada via my relative to arrange an LMO for me to apply in fsw. The LMo is still under processing, hrsdc has asked employer to give tax information. The employer and lawyer asked me if at all I have file number for FSW , since I just applied Iddon't have fine number yet. He says if we give file number then CIC will expedite our processing. But will NDVO also process my application faster if i inform that Ihave LMO and need to start my work asap. Is it really ppossible or getting LMO would not impact my processing. I am spending 10k CAD to get LMO so don't want to make a bad choice and waste money.
