Look up CHRP certification (Ontario) or CPHR in other provinces. It will be helpful, not mandatory. Her experience will be considered, but it is difficult to break in without “Canadian experience” so she might have to start at a much lower level. Keep an open mind to get your foot in the door.

It’s been different for different people. Some have got DM the very next day, others such as myself are still in process 2 weeks after the test and interview. It’s not a separate line as far as I understand.

Wrote test in Scarborough Aug 28th, no oath invite. Still “in process”.
