Arranged employment=LMO (which is now Lmia). It gets you a work permit which is valid only for work with that specific employer I.e. Closed work permit
We are in Canada and our employers got LMO on the basis of which they hired us/extended our employment with them.
Yes, LMO is possible when you are not in Canada. There are many agencies that get you in your with employers who need people with your skills. But caution is necessary. There are way too many frauds happening.
