Is the NSPNP is a first come first serve basis or first come first select basis? or are the NS will select the best applicants? any thoughts?

I think they will straightaway reject your application. I am not discouraging you but settlement plan is the most important thing in NSNP.

If your cousin lives in Nova Scotia, it will definitely make your case stronger.

April 6th is the written date. One week before means on 28/29th March itself 1000Appl @ reception.

Assume the situation now.

Nobody knows it. In one sense, relatives can assist and suggest in many ways like how to get settle, how to find jobs, where to stay etc etc - so it is positive.

NSIO also might think, applicant might move to the province where his relatives stay - in this sense it is negative. To tackle this problem, just note that we submitted a signed promise that we will stay at Nova Scotia; so I think, relatives in Canada is positive factors and if in Nova Scotia, it strenghten the application.

For your query, the outcome is going to be challenging , There are some scenario's

s 1 - The nova scotia encourages you & family to stay permanently in their province, hence go through the official website for further clarification.

s2 - Some province do accept application like that , But would suggest you to take professional advise on that before taking a big decisions.

s3 - Why one would complicate themself, when everything going smooth and perfect !

thanks for ur response. one more thing please....do i need to send the form for NS or the other set of forms for cic are also required to be sent at this time.....in funds is it only cash required or i cn add amount of my property market value as well...

As 'Nova Scotia Office of Immigration' have not declared any deadline, ppl like me who are yet complete application are worried abt sudden closure, I guess ! :'(

Can any one share related experience regarding SINP & other application streams ? Did they close without any warning ?

One can only go by NSNP's precedence and programs rules. They stated and still state that rules can be updated and changed without warning (and they've done that like the IELTS test requirements). I reckon they can follow up and close without warning (i think this is the more likely approach)

SINP 250 was closed very later after the cap had been reached.
