You may be correct. People are in this forum don't understand 'the Canadian immigration system'.
Cap is always there in regardless of federal or province category. However, NSNP is not going to declare anything yet because they don't want to select application based on first come first serve basis or initial 150 or any numbers. Due to that reason they are accepting file. unlikely SINP...

So, Goodluck guys!!! It's a lottery draw but I think they have to choose those applicants who really have strong ties to the Province and wanted to settle down here permanently!
