i just have a question on the funds needed, does it have to be in the form of cash/in bank, or combination of assets such as stocks, properties and cash just to meet $11,115 stated by cic. and i am getting information that i should be in your name/account for atleast 3 months before applying.

last one, do i have to send the original copy of my ielts result.

Funds can be in any form as the ones that you have quoted. Perfect. Funds should be in your name as you are the one applying.

IELTS can be copies to Nova Scotia. But have the original with you as CIC will ask, assuming we go further

150 is total cap ie for all occupations.

my application will be going tomorrow.But probability is very very low.I feel i have wasted my money as I have paid 45 k to agent.

That is the problem with the agents. They ask you the money knowing the reality and once the bird is caught in the cage, then they roast it and eat it. Or sometimes, eat them live. Sorry for the wordings, but its cruel and harsh reality. I have faced such a situation

Applying under 2174 or underany other NOC is not an issue. He has to get a reference letter when he goes to CIC which matches the roles and responsibilities of 2174. Hope i am clear in this.

A Close match would always help. But not mandatory

Not sure about NSNP. But it is true for CEC category.

Makes sense as CEC applicants have to choose a NOC and show experience in the same alongwith education

Anyone noticed that DHL has some trouble on their tracking system.

You can negotiate with them that if your application won't provide any AOR or not pick for process.

In this case, they should have to return back amount or ask them to apply in different category based on your skills/criteria.

Money is money without any currency.

Thank you, now the only disappointing fact is the 150 cap, but is it true that your papers will be queued when they open again? or you haveto reapply again?
