No they did not only intend to refuse letter with one month notice.

well, that's a good sign for starter...
if you have sent them proof of no application to other province, that might help your case...

I think you have to wait for a week to get reply from NS office usually.

My brother has sponsored through SINP on Nov,2011 (2 Files). FAMILY CATEGORY- WITHOUT EMPLOYEMENT IN SASKATCHEWAN (BASED ON SETTLEMENT FUNDS)

Both got nomination on: Sep , 2013

Both files submitted to NS Intake office: Jan 14,2014

One file was transferred to the vo on Feb 24,2014.

HOWEVER, Other file has no information what so ever for being transferred to any vo. Nomination on this file has expired since March 2014. Kindly advise :
Is it normal?
How much is the processing times of intake NS under family sponsorship?
what is the best we can do to inquire about file status and how?

With this kind of work-speed I'll recieve or not mine email in july My docs was odered in march 24.

not sure as I got Pre mail with file number then couple of mails to update last they mentioned that I applied previously to other province which I did not also one day before I sent them mail from other province that I did not

I hope they will accept your email and send to you the nomination letter.

I think you received your file number around the date of 20/04/2014

And the last email from them around the date of 22/05/2014

While they asked you to update your App, did they ask to send it to them through email or by mail ??

It seems there is a suspicious silence....

Last pre-screening e-mail was received by forum-mates on 29 May.
And his application was reached to NSOI at 12.03.2014.

While they asked you to update your App, did they ask to send it to them through email or by mail ??

Guys in Mynameiskhan issue, NSIO didnt mentioned that you have applied for other province nominee program. But they have mentioned that you have applied jobs which is available in other province through that they have decided that he is tryng for other province (MynameisKhan correct me if i am wrong). So need to justify that my mistake he applied for other province. what is can be the suggestions on this?.
