What's the mean of " if applicable" in NSNP apllication guide?
there is no need to send this forms or documents in first step?(For example: Marriage certificate(if applicabel) )
applicabel=available ?

Very simply if you are single, well Marriege Certificate NOT applicable,
If you are not using a lawyer to conduct your case, all the forms regarding this are NOT applicable

Out of sheer curiousity, i want to know what is your opinion about the following:

1- How soon can we have any sort of communication from NSNP authorities regarding receipt of our application package?
2- Will those who have submitted their application earliest have any sort of advantage?
3- Its quite illogical that they have not said anything about the quota but how long do you think they will continue to accept applications?
4- Based on your past experiences, how would you rate your own chances of success in NSNP?

Regarding your question 3, I found an article posted in this same thread, that in 2012 were 500 nominated, in 2013 CIC allowed Nova Scotia to nominate 200 more, so it was 700, this 2014, probably will be the same, (I couldn't find anything for 2014, yet), but I am going to send this question to NSNP this monday and I will let you know.

What is the preferable way to fill NSNP 100 form.? The pdf file is uneditable ... Do we need to write with blue or black pen?

Print out a blank form and write with blackink

The NSNP form clearly asks for any previous applications from FSW as well as PNP. So in my case, I am a FSW 2013 applicant and I have mentioned the UCI reference and have told them that the application has been returned due to cap filled.

For PNP I have mentioned that I was a SINP applicant and for application number I have mentioned ''Not applicable'' and have said that I have attached the correspondence for reference

In my case I wrote an application number in my form, because there is a number in the web site of saskatchewan , also explained that was rejected due cap reached, and also attach my official letter from sas.

however in the letter the province says that my case is PENDING, until I provide a Job offer and upload this in the site to apply again, is controversial, because you were rejected, but at the same time the letter says that your status is PENDING, i hope this not ruined my application to nova scotia

Is 2174(Computer programmers and interactive media developers) a valid NOC for NSNP.
The confusion comes from the In-Demand Occupations list which doesnt list 2174 but it also has a link for the complete NOC list including 2174

1. do i have to send the ielts results mandatory in this first stage o it can be posposal till i got aprobation from the NSPN???

2. Can i apply under this program and in case i got rejected ahlpply to FSW????

3.As my first language and documentations is not in english , do i have to translate my diploma , degree, birth certificated to send the aplications???

Question 1 - Use an affidavit and get the affidavit notarised by a lawyer
Question 2 - Yes you have to mention any previous applications either FSW or PNP

Affidavit is something wherein you can mention whatever you want, but in front of a lawyer and sign and ask the lawyer to notarise it. The template will be there with any lawyer who will help you modify any existing template to your needs
