What is the preferable way to fill NSNP 100 form.? The pdf file is uneditable ... Do we need to write with blue or black pen?

Out of sheer curiousity, i want to know what is your opinion about the following:

1- How soon can we have any sort of communication from NSNP authorities regarding receipt of our application package?
2- Will those who have submitted their application earliest have any sort of advantage?
3- Its quite illogical that they have not said anything about the quota but how long do you think they will continue to accept applications?
4- Based on your past experiences, how would you rate your own chances of success in NSNP?

i took my account bank statement today and it shows all the bank transaction done during the last 3 months. is it a problem if my deposit is done by selling a property? also i will attach our own certificate property.
in the settlement plan have you explain about your spouse or other dependent?
for the settlement plan have you attached the appendix 3 of the NS guide or just fill it in a blank sheet?

Where is this info from? Coz I heard this from someone too. I jusr sent my application to NSNP today. Is it first come first serve basis?

there is no need to send this forms or documents in first step?(For example: Marriage certificate(if applicabel) )

U will be eligible if ur work experience matches the noc of Nsnp not ur educational qualification. In order to apply under RLMDS u shud have min of 2 yrs exp in eligible occupation.

2. Most likely
3. I've heard it's 150. Unknown source. Probably hear-say
4. No one knows because it's a new program

Do we need to show proof of available fund(with required amount ) at first stage of application ?
If so then how much minimum balance is required ?

Academic IELTS is only for study porpuse, for immigration they always are going to request GENERAL
