I guess people order physical file only if they want the scanned copy of actual documents submitted but electronic notes should give you the actual VO's notes and that is the standard thing people apply for when they want to know what is actually going on with their file.

Guess, that was the only reason you did not find any info regarding Medical, security and criminality.

Hi bro , I got GCMS notes

I ordered physical notes by mistake instead of electronic notes but i didn't got any information regarding.

Eligibility: not started/in process/passed
Criminality:not started/in process/passed
Security:not started/in process/passed
Medical: not started/in process/passed


So it means they didn't start anything???
I just got back all the papers that i sent them.
They just checked it and marked all information. ??? ???

There is one note regarding my martial status on 9th Feb nothing else.

You ordered the physical notes which are "physical, raw Info on actual papers" that is why I always get the electronic file which are encoded from the physical file. That's the difference I guess.

It's like when you are copying the info from a paper file to a management software... GCMS is actually a software where your profiles are encoded from the paper file. I think I went into circles there but I hope it makes sense to you.

Well you might as well just wait for the results from CIC... Unless you want to Order another one.

To me it is useful I like to analyze things.

Don't worry in reality your paper is in process... We just have to wait and see how it goes.

That's exactly it!!! You are right about that.. Physical file are copies of our "paper files" nothing more nothing less.. You'll only find scribbles and some written notes on it but not exactly the details.

Well they don't exactly update GCMS if there's nothing to update... My last one was almost the same with the second GCMS but there are only very few updates such as my file was transferred to Manila Visa office and the note that says:

Sent reminder to pay RPRF and make sure that passports are not expiring within 6 months.

you did not get me, I understand there was no update because they did not do anything with my file but what I was telling I got the same eact electronic file like the first ti,e though I ordered the physical one second time.

I think you very well know the answer to your question... And I do get what you are trying to say.

If you think that's there's not much difference between the two then why worry about it? Make do of what you have.

I guess everyone is just worried about their papers right now... But you know what? bottom line is we're just all tired of waiting.

Don't get me wrong but don't worry about GCMS if its making you more anxious... Don't just rely on it...every situation is not always the same.

It should be the same file but with a slight diff. If you know what I mean... And besides let's not make a big deal about this.

Hi, don't worry about GCMS.. I had once and already applied second on Apr 3 but got the PPR.. If u have any major issues, its good to check GCMS once but we never know how they do the process!!! Hope u understand..
