8 Months passed and still ecas says application received

I was looking at some other trackers from 2012 and before such as "Tracking PNP May/June 2012 applications to Nova Scotia"
There are still plenty of folks in those threads who are still waiting to land.

As much as it pains me to say, I'm guessing the timeline for this may be longer than expected in spite of some early success.
I'm guessing that a single person fresh out of college is going to be approved the fastest with marked increases in processing times for families and those who are older.

Its now exactly a month that I have ordered for my GCMS notes but have not received anything yet. Like PPR email, whether they have stopped releasing the GCMS notes too now? I am really really depressed and sad. :-[

Did you order the electronic file? Don't worry you'll get it in your email in a few days if you ordered electronic file. Check your spam mail too.

I did the electronic file but I asked for the whole file this time instead of asking the notes. Lets see when I get it. I will update you as soon as I get it.

So, i had this appointment with my MP today and i told her about my situation and she called the CPP-O and gave them my sister's file and UCI # and she got a chance to talk to my sister's VO and the VO told her that everything's looks good on the file and they are just waiting on the last phase of the security check which should be done by the end of this week or the next. As soon as they are done with it they will release the PPR email. She told me that my sister should be getting PPR email with in the next 20 business days and if she don't hear anything by then she should contact her again.MP was so sympathetic and nice it made my and my sister's day !!!!

Finally what a relief it was to know about her PR status !!!!

Interesting! thanks for the info. When you made an appointment did you explain anything about it or just made an appointment like that?
