2013 CIC rules - IETLS

you scores need to be @ 6 or above for all four categories to qualify for Skill Level 0 positions.

For my understanding to 2013 IELTS rule, just wanted to confirm that, it says -

*** If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC 0 or A job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

As per chart CLB for my score is,

Listening Reading Writing Speaking Overall
IELTS 6.0 7.0 6.0 6.5 6.5
CLB: 7 7+ 7 8

So for NoC 0213 category, just wanted to confirm and understand that this score is sufficient.
