Thank you very much for concerns.

My father passed away in May 2014. So i had reported either in May or June 2014. It was before CIC asked additional docs. CIC asked additional docs in July/August 2014.

I have consulted couple of people here and found one of the major reason for pending review is if you have income as self employed. Why i said, one, because , i had contacted couple of consultants. One of the consultants said "they have lots of clients with self employment but never got secondary review.

So i think one reason is self employed AND income proof is not properly presented so that CIC agent/Officer can calculate it easily. We just submitted option C. So i think it needs extra efforts to calculate income per month and per year. e.g. from July 2010 to July 2011.

I have created excel sheet only for cases in pending reviews to track. There are only few but You can estimate your turn from that. I had tracked mine and got almost correct estimate.

you can provide you time line (If you want) to add to excel sheet so others can get help as well.

I use my iPad everyday, so couldn't update the spreadsheet. I only use computer every few weeks, when I use it next time, I will add my info to the sheet

My case started processing nov or dec 2015, mar 2016 I got pending review letter ( I think bcz of self employment). Then I reported my new born baby and added my hubby as cosigner may 2016. Jun 2016 I was told my case was under 2nd review. Do u know when I will get dm1 result by your estimation? Tks

i had this issue.. i think the problem is the number of applicants.. include the full size of the family including yourself (sponsor)

Best way to enter information as per your GCMS notes and remember information you enter is not about you rather Principal applicant. PA file number, passport, dob, etc. etc.

Just got a reply from the Mexican visa office and it seems that they are processing mine.

The most generic message ever! I guess they don't realize that some people may lose their loved ones because of their stupid delay!

Why was I locked out when I tried to link my application?


There could be a few reasons why you were unable to link your application.

You entered information that is different from what you submitted on your application

The information you enter to link your application must match what you had on your application when you submitted it. If you updated information after you submitted your application, enter the most recent information we would have on file.

You can try to link an application five times. If you are unsuccessful after five attempts, you will be locked out for 24 hours.

An immigration representative is handling your file.

If you have hired a representative, only the representative can access the application status through the Authorized Paid Representatives Portal. You must remove the representative from your file to link your application.n.

I have rep on My file as well as my Parent's file

I have to cancel rep from my file
I have to cancel rep from my parents's file. Also i think i need rep myself on my parents' file

Is that correct?

Is it possible that i can just send my self as a rep for my parents's file and it would automatically replace my with the previous one?
Or i have to sent two forms. One for cancel and one for me as new one?

and third form to cancel rep from my file

Did any one did that before?

You just need to cancel it from permanent residence application. dont worry about sponsorship. its already done.so i dont think thats an issue.
