Did you have estimate when they started background check after medical and how many days or weeks your case status stayed in background check.

Yes you can upload PCC through cic account or email as a attachment.

A good news after 6 and 1/2 years of submitting an application. My sponsorship application is Passed half way. I got letter today for sponsorship approval.ECAS still show in Process

Sorry if i had skipped any one's name.

I am still interested to go far a law suite or any other kind of protest to join if anyone is interested here. I can not forget the pain i have gone through and still going through. We don't deserve this..

Yes you can upload PCC through cic account or email as a attachment.

You can submit it by email/MyCIC, but they will require the original PCC as well.
We had to send it by registered mail.

Thank you very much for concerns.

My father passed away in May 2014. So i had reported either in May or June 2014. It was before CIC asked additional docs. CIC asked additional docs in July/August 2014.

I have consulted couple of people here and found one of the major reason for pending review is if you have income as self employed. Why i said, one, because , i had contacted couple of consultants. One of the consultants said "they have lots of clients with self employment but never got secondary review.

So i think one reason is self employed AND income proof is not properly presented so that CIC agent/Officer can calculate it easily. We just submitted option C. So i think it needs extra efforts to calculate income per month and per year. e.g. from July 2010 to July 2011.

I have created excel sheet only for cases in pending reviews to track. There are only few but You can estimate your turn from that. I had tracked mine and got almost correct estimate.

you can provide you time line (If you want) to add to excel sheet so others can get help as well.
