2011 and 2012 Applicants

Hi. Actually due to my age I do not need any test.
after I receive the RQ I have send tonnes of documents to St.Clair office
and as my entire family wife and children are all canadians since 2004
and I was frequently travel to middle east due to my business.
I have not applied for Citizenship until I complete the number of days and
settle down in Canada .
I applied in January 2012.. got RQ in March 2013 Replied April 2013.
since I am calling CIC they said that my file is non-routine and processing time
is 36 months so I wait for 36 months and than after I was calling my MP
and CIC and since November 2014 they said my file with the offer for review.
ATIP report show nothing, MP give the same answer, CIC call center say the
same things since November 2014 my file under officer review..
No almost 39 months still waitin.....

Case specific enquiry can't be done unless it's been more than the processing time which is not the case yet for me. I ordered ATIP a week ago so I am gonna wait for that and hope that I will get some clarifications
I received another mail from the same officer requesting additional information. I could not believe it because he could have asked the same document when he requested CIT0520 back in January. This time he wants my entry and exit records from the U.S. and I will send it to him as soon as I receive it. Hopefully things will move faster very soon.
In the original CIT0520 they asked for Tax Assessments/Leases/Passport copies/ROEs/Provincial and Territorial Health summary so basically everything that was included in the original RQ which makes me think that they do no longer look at RQs as they were blindly sent out to people with no clear goals or objectives and now they have realized it was a mistake as they cannot review them given the volume.

After waiting for 36 months, I finally decided to ask for ATIP last January. ATIP showed absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty much my File was stored somewhere in a lost cabinet getting dust and only checked by CIC raccoons and squirrels, which probably were crying or laughing at my case.
I strongly believe asking for ATIP helped CIC officials to realize my File was lost in 2012-Forgotten Applicants cabinet. Right after that I filed out CIC Case Specific Form online for those 'non-routine' applications, CIC came back to me to let me know my File was recently submitted to CIC Scarborough office for Oath ceremony schedule.
eCAS hasn't been updated yet. Long story short: get your ATIP and fill the Case Specific Form online once your processing waiting time exceeds the 36 months period.
CIC has left 2011-2012 applications way behind their priorities and right now are giving extra time to process 2014-2015 citizenship applications. My neighbor applied in August 2014 and got his Citizenship in February 2015... niceeeeee !!!!!....

since no movement in file.
November 12, 2014 file hand over for officer review to date the file is still
under review.
due to my age no test required.

have contacted several time a month to CIC same status

send mail to Minister awaiting reply. expected reply within next 20 days.
