Have everyone with CIT0520 got respond by Oath letter or CJ letter so far?

Still no news. It almost feels like they gave us RQs for no reason because it is now clear they could not review them. Now the CIT0520 is taking time when the officer has 60 days to make a decision, this is getting ridiculous.

Nothing at all. All I can do is wait until the 36 months is due and will call them again.

No .... They focus on new applications! I heard from other thread that applicants from Calgary they had the test and Oath on the same day! Which is amazing!

That is unfortunately true, the focus is more on new applicants so they tend to overlook us.

Applied in December 2011 and got RQed in March 2012. Wrote and past the test in June of 2014.

I plan to withdraw my application after the rules change and I can re-apply with tax receipts. Great democracy we live in.

Still waiting....CIC officer tells me that the file was assigned to an officer in mid January. I ordered ATIP to confirm.

I contacted my MP, who assured me that CIC will call me for test on or before June 08, 2015. According to him, CIC has 6 months after completing the file to invite for test.

What are the options we have other than waiting, MP and ATIP ?

Unfortunately we do not have a lot of options at this point except wait....for those that have been waiting for more than 36 months, withdrawal is still an option but I am not sure how long that takes. I believe you need to send CIC an email to request your case be abandoned but that can take at least 1 month or 2 so the best option is probably to just keep calling them and letting them know that we are not happy.

The problem with withdrawal is the new application could be triggered for a new RQ!!! Then waiting again!! It is not 100% but there is no confirmation the new application will be processed in short period.
