We have submitted supervise medical, PCC & Landing fees with additional documents which were received by them on 16th Sep 2014 as informed by CPC Mississauga vide letter dated 01.12.2014. PCC was issued in August 2014 valid upto Feb2014 in the meantime my father landed in Canada on supervisa and he is in Canada since November 2014 till date. Socan any forum member advise on the basis of past reference or experience as to whether freshh PCC is required though my father is in Canada since Nov 2014 and sponsorship approval received on 18th Feb,2014. In my opinion if new PCC is required perhaps same has to be obtained from Canada itself. So all are requested to give their opinion as to whether(1)new PCC is required especially when father landed in Canada in Nov2014 still here(2) whether super visa medical done in Feb 2014 is still valid for PR Regards

from an earlier and different thread I found this answer about pcc below:

According to EG7 guide:
"You may begin to gather your police certificates before submitting your
application to the CIO. Although you will not submit the police certificate
to the CIO, you must be ready to submit them to a visa office if your
application is recommended for further assessment at a Canadian visa
office. When you submit the application to the visa office please ensure
that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you
submitted your application to the CIO."

My own understanding was from reading other threads and posts is that you submit a pcc within 3 months of its issue date. It has no validity but usually is not asked for again unless more than 12 months have passed since previous date of pcc.

If you sent pcc in August it would still be valid as only 8 months old. Why would you need another pcc. Not everyone provided pcc in Aug/sept and they need to send it now.

I also got an email from London office , asking me (the sponsor) to send an updated Schedule A, and all of my educational transcripts that shows my father's name and the orignal birth certificate.
I scanned everything and replied to that email.
My parents did the medicals exactly 30 day ago (24th march) and I received this email on 24th April.
Hoping that we will get the passport request soon.

Can anyone reply me pls ,applied in dec 2010 & I submitted additional docs on September/09-2014 n received aor on November-28-2014 but after that I never received anything, m waiting for approval it's more than 7 months already, I don't know what's going on..when I call them they keep saying ur application is in process.
Is it because I have 3 dependence n parents (total 5 members) in my application, is anyone know how they give priority to applications or anybody has similar case like me?
I heard that they always take time when u have more dependence...

Is anyone getting email from Delhi, i got email that you are eligible for sponsor from CPC canada and your file transfer to new delhi but then after no updates and i know delhi office not give you answer by fax/email so like to know how long i have to wait to get email from them for PCC or Medical. anyone know or have any updates please let me know.

Update from my end.

My parents medical was done on April 22 and I have today sent additional documents, PCC (Got it done again) and medical proof to New Delhi.

If someone can update the Google Sheets. Thanks and Good luck everyone, will keep you guys posted regarding what happens next.

It seems that medical and police certificate request are fast..... But when the status changed to 'In Process"... Another waiting game...........

You should get the gcms notes , it will tell you what's going on in your file !

Some good news Yes i got medical rquest emial from local visa new dehli .... To my lawyer ..so delhi is doing fast
