indefinite status in UK is like PR in Canada. Why would that have any negative impact.
I don't see that causing any issue. where do your parents live at the moment.

Are you waiting for sponsorship approval or has your file been transferred to LVO.

Thanks for your reply. They live in India. I am still waiting for the Sponsorship approval. I sent my doc on Sept 3 rd but so far did not receive the approval so was getting worried.

keep an eye on your email and check it regularly. I am pretty sure that if you provided email id you will get sponsorship approval letter via email. hopefully this should happen fairly soon for you as well.

Have someone sent document request in mid Oct to get AOR yet?
Thanks

Any updates or good news from anyone else who sent documents after 30 July 2014 letter.

No. Just waiting.

Nope. I have not received any email or physical mail confirming my AOR yet. I contacted CIC call centre several times and they keep mentioning to me that all my documents have been received by them, but no decision has been made on my file.

Congratulations dear. Good luck to you. I
I calked CIC and they said that my file is being looked at since jan 2nd 2015. But no decision has been made. They have updated few things in my file but we can't tell u as this is internal updates. Do u know anybody whose sponsorship is rejected . I am afraid that they do not reject any file , its just that they keep it on the side and thd case keeps on going for years and years. Has anybody seen any rejections ever.

The only reason a sponsor can be rejected is
1. you were not living in Canada during the sponsorship process.
2. you do not meet the financial income levels.

As long as you meet the above requirements I think everything will be fine. I can't think of any other reason for sponsor to be rejected. Wishing you too get some good news in next few days.

Both of these reasons do not apply to me. But they say , "I ' ll havd to wait for 6 months from Sept. If my file is not processed then I should calm them. Hopefuly I hear something soon.

I suggest you request GCMS notes to find out what is causing the delay.
Do u have an idea what the reason for the delay could be?

Our file was transferred to London Office in Jan 2014, and as of now there is no medical request came. Do you know how long they take to ask for medical and PCC?

That's a good news soonihope!

Hope ours will have a good news too...

Where is your LVO?
