Where is your LVO?Ottawa

Just a small observation I noted so far 10 people have mentioned they received sponsorship approval and transfer of file to visa office for those who received letter in July2014.

so far seven files have gone to Ottawa, two to London, and one person did not mention their VO.
One person has also had medicals.

just curious how is visa office selected. any ideas guys??....

would be interesting to keep a log to see progress but have no idea how to make a spreadsheet.
I wonder if Ottawa office will help speed things up for everyone.

I got AOR which has a date of 23 January. But still it does not say anything clearly about the visa office. They also said, if the information has change you have to send the documents to Ottawa Office.

mine was sent by email and was 7 weeks after I got my AOR

This is not AOR your AOR was letter you got in Dec. Was this sent via mail or email. Does it not say "you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor."
If so this is the sponsorship approval and the File has been transferred to the address in letter, which in your case seems to be Ottawa as well.

Thats a good list to quote, thanks. My parents actually did their Medicals in September 2014 for Supervisa application so with medicals being valid for 12 months I am hoping I get a request before Sep 2015 so may be the same medicals can be used the the case can be fast forwarded.
