By the way we got our COPR today and there's a watermark "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL" what does that mean?
COPR is not a visa but your parent was issued a single entry visa in order to enter Canada as PR. Upon entering Canada, your parent has to show the COPR to Immigration Officer and that time, she will be asked to sign it in front of the IO. That COPR will be used for her PR card which will be mailed to your Canada address.
