Did you guys notice any change in your online status after submitting your documents?

No, I didn't see anything online after submitting documents. However, I did receive a letter acknowledging receipt of the documents. We submitted the documents in late October, and recieved the acknowledgement letter in mid December.

These are the messages I have seen online:
1. Application received January 15, 2010
2. Medical results recieved
3. Started processing Sept 10, 2014
4. Decision made

Did you use Canada post and a traceable service such as xpress post

Then UPS will give you a tracking number, just check when item is delivered on ups website. That is the only confirmation you will have immediately.

Ur application send by this address P.O box 6100,.....etc right?
Yes I checked and they wrote in website that "Your package cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. We're attempting to obtain an alternate delivery address."
So when ur item delivered and who was sign to receive? and whats his/her name?

Not same address but if you use courier service then you cannot mail to P.O Box 6100 as courier companies don't deliver to P.O addresses.
Go to cic website and you will see this other address or you can phone cic helpdesk and they will confirm the other address for you.

Hi all
Though I applied in 2008, I got additional doc request in oct 2013. The reason is I never got any mail from cic in nov 2011 which they said they had sent. I received aor in jul 2014 in which it states" your application was received April 4, 2014 and we have determined that your application is complete". My file number starts with 2010xxxxx, does that mean I am considered 2010 applicants. Should I expect to get any updates from cic at this point or just wait. Should I do any gcms at this time? Please advise. Thanks

my sponshership submitted Oct, 2010, (philippines applicant), but the applicant is here in canada now under super visa
Letter received from cic: jluy 31 2014, to submit additional documents,
Full documents submitted : sept 10 2014, tracking says cic received all documents inside canada on sept 12, my question , i havent recieved any letter from the cic upto today oct, 5, 2014 that they got the documents. i have a problem in the spouse Schedule A family background , in question 6 section d. we mistakenly said, " No" to if you refused visitor visa before. So after 10 days we revieved the forms and found we send wrong, so we send again the scedul A back ground declaration only with correct answer ( YES)and a letter attached for the mistake done and to please accept the new form. we even paid the fees , can anybody give advice what we did is right or what we should do, thanks my email: pal097@yahoo.com
