my sponshership submitted Oct, 2010, (philippines applicant), but the applicant is here in canada now under super visa
Letter received from cic: jluy 31 2014, to submit additional documents,
Full documents submitted : sept 10 2014, tracking says cic received all documents inside canada on sept 12, my question , i havent recieved any letter from the cic upto today oct, 5, 2014 that they got the documents.

Relax. We received a letter saying they received the documents about 6-7 weeks after we sent them. Give it some more time.

Not same address but if you use courier service then you cannot mail to P.O Box 6100 as courier companies don't deliver to P.O addresses.
Go to cic website and you will see this other address or you can phone cic helpdesk and they will confirm the other address for you.

I called to UPS service to update address but they said that my package is lost and investigation.
I have copied application form before I sent to CIC. So could I send copy application form instead of original to CIC or not ? or I should tell my mom send original application form again to me to send CIC? THank you.

I think its not a bad idea to send a copy of the application with a covering letter explaining the situation and in the meantime get an original application ready and then also forward that. This way you don't miss the 90 day deadline.

I can't believe a courier company like UPS just lost your application. If they could not deliver it then it should have been returned to the senders address.

today I got email from UPS.
they said they found my package and was sent to address:

CPC Mississauga,
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4

Physical address of above location is
CPC Mississauga,
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200, Mississauga, Ontario
L4Z 1H8

Our shipper made a mistake and put P.O. Box as mailing address.
These are very important ORIGINAL documents for immigration.
I hope you will get this located and get the same delivered to right address.

i have a dependent he was 21 when i applied
now 24 he was asked to show continous study
he did his degree and then he enrolled himself in distant edu ...
but still dependent on parents ...
if anyone can hepl tht wht do i need to show to convience tht he is Full time student n dependent on parents

Hello snmnov2010, if he continuously enroll in a university or college he should request a transcript of record, and certificate of enrollment, and better include the registration form (photocopy) .. Just present the official receipt of his tuition fee or if you sent money for his tuition fee you should provide a proof like the remittance form.. And by the way your son is locked in age because you applied when he was 21.

If u r a 2010 applicant, I believe u should receive additional doc request from cic by now, if u haven't received it, u should call the cic number given on their website.

1. Click the profile button at the top right of this page. This will take you to your profile page.
2. On the profile page, on the left side. In the list below the heading "Modify Profile", click on "Forum Profile Information"
3. Scroll down the page and you will see various headings where you can enter dates.

Option C for 2009 and 2010 needed.
Is your 90 day letter dated 30 July or is it a current date in October because otherwise you have until about 27 Oct to send your documents to meet 90 day deadline.

Thank you very much for reply. My Letter does not show any date as it was received th' email. Actually I did not receive 30 July letter somehow as CIC shows that it was returned back in there system so they forwarded me an email stating that I have 90 days after I received this email to submit all the documents.
