Hi ppl
I am new at the forum, and happy that damascus applicants have thier own thread.
actually I applied for FSK in damascus office in the 21th of october 2007, and have not received anything yet apart from the withdrowal letter.does anyone know when it is expected for me to receive the update application letter as I am preparing for the language test, but I don't know when to have it in order to keep it valid to support my file.
give me some pieces of advice guys I really feel lost :-\

hey friend i guess we are in the same boat lets keep , keep in touch , i think its still early for us as my family applied at december 2006 but still didnt recieve and update letter , so i think its not less than a year to recieve our update letter and it may take another year for processing

Hi everybody. It's a first 2 me 2 appear in this thread. I'm oct 07 FSW appl. Does any body knows wether d incoming batch of UL will include d rest of all old appl. (sep2006-feb2008). Concerning my 2nd language, do i have 2 take test exam if i stated that i just know some basics. Let's stay together 2007 applicants & gain advance of 2006 experiences. Many thanks guys

My question is that for these applicants, are the medical results sent to CIC vienna or to Warsaw. Can somebody who has done the medicals enlighten this information. Many thanks

As far as I know the medical results have been sent to CIC Vienna. I wonder what is difference?

There is an Iranian forum that are discussing about their immigration status. Most of the medical results have been sent to Vienna and Paris by the doctors! do you know what is the difference?

Sending immigration medical exam reports
DMPs must forward all immigration medical reports to the regional medical office in their area by mail. Do not send immigration medical reports to the visa office processing the applicant’s file. This will only increase the processing time.

Medical records must be sent within five days of the receipt of all required information. In urgent situations, DMPs may request that medical records be expedited. DMPs may forward these records by commercial courier, at the applicant’s expense.

Applicants are responsible for all shipping costs.

Six months from now, Centralized Intake Office will temporarily stop accepting new applications (without arranged employment) under Federal Skilled Worker program. Through another ministerial instruction, a new list of in-demand occupations will be set for priority processing. If your application is not yet filed, this means you still have ample time to send your application to CIO!

If your job classification is not in the current priority list, make sure you get your documents and application forms ready before the end of June 2011. The sooner, the better. The new list may be made available by July 2011. You should be able to file your application as soon as your occupation opens. The cap on the applications to be accepted may be filled up in just a couple of months.

really agree with you dude, We try to read irrelated news and also get worried about ourselves.

Dear friend 5 years ago when I got my medical forms from canadian embassy( student visa) in Iran, my results were sent to paris as well, so transferring the results is not a new rule
