well thats something because from what I hear your status would have changed to "decision made" if you've failed to get enough points. your status will remain "in process" till your medicals are in and they've reviewed it.wjd7359 said:i have ordered CAIPS 2 weeks ago & i am still waiting the result

i hope that i can hear good news by the end of this year

It seems what I said in my last post is right. CIC has given absolute priority to recent list. Even those who applied after Feb. 2008 and their occupation is no longer on the new list must wait for 2 years.
We were just at the gate when they slammed the door into our faces.
I think your take on this is quite valid, I was reviewing the dates recorded in the Iranian forum and it matches your hypothesis. Based on those records our 2005 applicants were mostly transferred to Warsaw around June and July 2009, received their update request mostly on September 2009, received their medical request in Q3 of 2010 and received the passport request within 6 months or so.armintaba said:Dear friends a couple of days ago I read sth in some other forum which may be worth taking a look. As you know some new applications have been transffered to Warsaw as well. right? one of the applicants whose file had been tarnsferred to warsaw got a reply after emailing the warsaw office that my be our real inquiry.
the reply: processing in this office takes 2 years, this answer was given a few days after transferring the file to the Warsaw post, right? our file were transferred to the Warsaw exactly a year ago, so according to their claim one more years is left for the processing.
please give your respectful views on it
