All the three analyses above are reasonable and we don't have a reason to think that the Ca. Embassy in Warsaw will act unreasonably.Hurry.visitor said:guys your analysis is true,
if you notice that they transfered our files in April 2010, after 5 months (less than 6 months) we got the update letter,
now it passed almost 5 months after the update, we should expect the medicals next month maximum, and before the end of 2011 we will got the stamp "hopefully".
the time difference between each process is 6 months.
As to the 2-year hold, we should also expect that it will not apply to us. Otherwise, they'd simply not ask us to send updates. You know that, other than the medicals, the updated documents are the last set of documents that we are supposed to send them. The updates included PCCs, which are usually valid for 6 months. Therefore, under normal circumstances, they would not ask us to send PCCs unless the process will not take more than 6 (in our case 12) months. Now, if they delay our process, they'll have to ask us to send PCCs, which we know that they won't. Therefore, this itself is one more argument in favor of the idea that we won't be away from Canada more than 11 months from now. It means, you'll land in Canada in 11 months.
