no medical yet
i have a job offer 8 marks above requested mark
every thing is good,,
all my lawyer says is wait wait

no medical and they didnot send money back

what is more like it,,,would they send money back or medical soon
my worry is they made their spring announcement to speed up things but nothing yet

dear friend, i suggest u ask ur lawyer to send a case specific followup e-mail about ur situation
they would clearly answer if you have to wait more than this or just get ur money back

Can you access to e case? What your status?
You can contact VO directly as well you can ignore your lawyer. I did and the VO contact me through my email after that.
Send soft inquiry they will reply within 3 days

Hi there, casuse I have not gotten on here for long , I am unaware of people's status surrounding, so can you tell me what your exact date of updated doc..s submission in 2010 is, once it is after 15th Dec. you gotta follow up to make sure if your case has been terminated or not, then try your harder to bypass your laweyr as I did a couple years ago by post
