I'm not sure where did you get that information and whether you meant for New Applicants (Skilled Worker applications received after November 26, 2008) or previous ones. Just for you and others' information, the processing time for new applicants, the average processing time is much shorter as according to CIC recent release, 80% of cases in Damuscus visa office are finalized within 6 months.

Hi Fadi,
According to the new processing times table 80% of the cases in Damascus office may last for up tp 76 months! We have to wait
hi mbastudies, and guys..
the time line provided by chc is not really accurate, i,ve been waiting for my medicals now over 7 months knowing that i'm a new applicant..though i've been advised that i should expect medials latest by june, since CHC has raised the processing times from12 to 14 months.

I crosschecked it, it seems like there is a bunch of specific files for a certain group being transferred, some sort of a pilot.
The source is always threads.
This is a statement mentioned in one of LONDONS CHC Applicants - Simplified 2007:
"As part of the Governement of Canada's Action Plan for faster immgration to reduce the inventory of Federal Cases, your application is part of a small group of files that has been transferred to The Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa to speed up processing of your application"
This is what I was talking about Dam2006.
I wonder if this is only limited to LONDON CHC, and what is the criteria of selection.
