Have you been successful doing this? Why aren’t more applicants doing this then if you can just say they have the “authority” to file from their home country? Is this just for India? This would change all of the way study permits are processed. This is important information since IRCC has processed from the country you are applying from/residence not your country of citizenship. Many people have moved back to their home country to apply and wait for a decision. If this isn’t the case now, please post the changes (IRCC directives).As per @sqfit we are having the authority to file our application from India.... while we are physically present in Middle East.
