Hey Guys,
could you please share your score who got ITA under OOPNP?

I am too low in scoring, but want to be included in your happiness. Thanks

Got ITA score 826 - CEC. working on LMIA based job. So didn't do any ECA, language test or ECA for spouse or past experience credentials.

Hi guys,

Congrats to who all received ITA. So I received my ITA today score is 466 and under FSW and I am super excited about it. But when I was filling up my profile I mentioned yes to I have a job offer, But under its subsection there are options is the job offer Permanent I said "No". Then it asks you is the job continuous atleast for a year I said "NO". and then after that it asks you to fill out the employer details and everything.

I am working full time right now on a contract. But my employer doesn't want to give me a permanent offer that's why I said NO to the questions above mentioned.

So now comes the tricky part. Even though I said "No" to permanent job during my profile. Now under the upload documents section they are asking me to upload the offer of employment which should be permanent( which I don't have as I am working under contract).

So My question is should I only upload the normal job offer that is it has end date in there ( which is non permanent) and with that add a letter of explanation saying that I said no to permanent job section in my profile and I got ITA based on without that i.e Without the extra 600 points.

Or I should reject this FSW ITA and wait for a CEC ITA to come.

You have my thanks in advance for helping me out.

PS: I have already been rejected once because I didn't have a permanent job offer.

GOT ITA Under FSW, no idea why? What is the difference between FSW and CEC ?

Hi Darky07,

I was under that same situation. I received ITA under the last draw on Sept 18. I had filled out everything as you did but last minute my employer said that he wont be giving me an offer of employment. So I declined the ITA because I didn't want to misrepresent myself. I might be wrong but its better to wait for the next draw than submitting an application without the offer letter.
Other people can chime in too. But in my case, that was the best decision I could for myself.

Best wishes!

congrates to everyone who for ITAs..i got an ITA under CEC 461 points.
