Yes I've emailed them several times and no reposonse. The other odd thing is, my wife recieved a call from Singapore high commission 4 days after they received her passport there. My wife's English isn't good so she said she didn't understand. They told her they will get someone from Thailand to call her but still have yet to receive a call back. This was 2 months ago.
Its crazy. A friend of mine has been waiting a long time too, got her husband approved last month, they are still waiting for their passport request. They emailed her to say they were verifying his criminal or background check..... its like the process is all messed up!
