once a profile is ineligible it becomes locked and you can't edit it. You need to create a new profile in order to enter the pool

CEC but I am not as I don't have 1 year work experience in Canada. My profile is fully updated with no mistakes I have checked several time. I am eligible for fsw but it says not met and not eligble for CEC but it says met???

This express entry system started when i started thinking about my immigration thing and i didnt know this system will work for me so well. As international student, i didnt do 2nd course for 3 year work permit instead did 1 year diploma and 1 year pgwp (biggest risk of my life). Then moved to BC for pnp and yesterday i got it which shoot my points to 1034!! So happy to see my score and i have seen all draws when people were gathering documents and now i am eagerly waiting for 19th draw. Four time ielts, pnp submission deadline tensions lead to 1034 satisfaction!

Likelihood of the draw today is less.
Lest the new minister is appointed and the immigration strategy is pre-thought of.

Next draw definately happening next week with increased number of applicants than the regular lot of 1500.
Needless to say, cutoff expected to be hovering over 475.

I see the merit in what you are saying. Though, I am still hoping for a draw today nevertheless.

no one can predict whether it will be today or next week, lets just wait and see, fingers crossed it will be today and we will see a drop of points to 435 which am currently at!!

About 12:25 - 12:30 UTC.
Then it depends on how are you based vis-a-viz the UTC time zone.
There might be some lag in updation on to the website page.

It's been observed that the minestrial instructions are usually issued around 12pm eastern. And many invitees get their email around 12:30 pm.

Guys don't worry about the speculations people make. The draw will happen today. It is a routine practice for a draw. Its mostly 14 days or 21. there is nothing related to Election results which can worry us. Things don't change overnight. The Minister himself is not much required for a Draw. The system works as it is designed until some parliamentary amendments are made which will take some time, say months. So until than enjoy the same system , the same draws.

You can predict like you always predicted the draw happens today and with cut off 454.

From next draw on wards you can assume some drop in scores below 450.
