no dear i add my dependent from beginning.

i added a dependent in the middle of the application and they said that was the reason of the delay. I asked a few questions but basically they said that adding a dependent that is outside Canada causes the delay as they have to do a background check on the dependent and this is usually done by the government of that country or a 3rd party company causing the delay.
Give us details to see if what they said matches with your case.

Does anyone here experienced RETURNED INCOMPLETE PACKAGE but got lost in the POST OFFICE for 3months now?

I still cannot locate the letter CIO sent me and MPNP cannot extend my nomination because they need the letter.
