13 draw out 1581 invitation cut off 451

Got invitation at 451

I skipped OOPNP, i got invitation in 13th draw sitting at 451

Now i have an issue.

Just that my IETLS EXPIRE on 27th July 2015 what's going to happen now, since my profile has been locked out and a new PR application area has started out, what will happen on 28th july and how should i resolve this situation.

I am taking test on 1st august 2015.

Please help out with this.

I know CIC is unpredictable but still can we have some analysis by when we get ITA ??

I don't know how it works but now i have ITA a new application by the name of "Permanent Residency" has started.

I click on Continue application, it shows me fields which is similar to what we had in EE and I CAN EDIT THOSE FIELDS ?

I am wondering are you allowed to edit out those fields yet again after receiving the ITA or it's just me.

And i do not see any fields for medical results ?

AM I ON RIGHT APPLICATION ?

You are in the right place, just keep going, fill up all forms and you will find your personalized document checklist. You will find a place to upload your medical test there.

Read the ITA letter very carefully. It explains what you can/ can not do. My understanding is: you can change the info that you provided in your EE profile as long as it does not bring your CRS score down below the cut off score. Thanks.

I woke up in the morning and get a notification that a new mail had been sent by CIC to my account. My happiness knew no bounds when I find that I have received an ITA. I'm like so excited that I really cant stop smiling.

Thank you Asivad Anac . Yes this time I'll be submitting my application by myself instead of my agent. I'll be very thorough.
I need your clarification on certain points though
1. UAE PCC:
-> It was issued on 21st April, 2015. It's stated that this certificate is valid only for three months.
But CIC says any PCC issued for the country you are staying in is valid for six months. Both are contradicting each other. So my question is my UAE PCC valid for three or six months ? If it's vaild for three months only, then I would have to apply for new PCC as it expires by 21st July.
2. Indian PCC
-> It was issued on 13th August 2014. After that, I have never visited India. My question : Is my Indian PCC valid or should I apply for a new one?

The way I understand CIC rules, both your PCCs are valid. If you are unsure, you can try getting those again. Your call.

Does it going to be a problem in sending the application??

Congratulations on getting the ITA!

And relax, you can submit your application within the 60 day window. Birthdays after ITA and before eAPR are exempted.

That wont affect your application. You can send it anytime you want (within 60 days)
