I think it will go lower this year but not much. CIC committed to processing applications in less than 6 months so they are not going to take risks by inviting too many people on the new EE system in the first year. They are also now getting lots of applications via the Startup Visa which was being criticised for being a failure so they are going to ensure they process those successful applications with 6 months.

Do you mind me asking what PNP Province you have applied for?
I applied for ontario. Got pt notification on 5th june but wasted almost three weeks just to see the cutoff of two draws. Submitted pnp file on 30th june

Nice well hopefully the process will go smoothly from here!

I'm in a bit of a difficult situation as I have my own company so am "eligible" for FSW as I have the right experience etc but it doesn't really make sense as I want to move the company to Vancouver not apply for a job in BC. Have looked at all the business immigration options but can't afford the upfront investments (without massive risk) Just hoping to get there soon!

Good luck with your application!

I'm at 459, but I got my IELTS results last night so I should jump to 474 (second language test). It's unbelievably frustrating that I didn't have time to update my profile. :'(

Congrats to whoever got an ITA.

Thanks brother. Hopefully everything will go smooth and we all get what we are struggling for.
What type of business you have? Contstruction ? Or something else? My ultimate goal is to have my own business here but it will take lot of time and money

CRS: 497
CEC stream, although the ITA letter states FSW.

Does it make any difference? (NOC 6221)

Looks like you have been chosen under FSW. Happens to most people who are eligible for both.

hi guys,
i got invitation around 10 pm ET, my score is 466.
my question is: i already submitted my OOPNP application 4 weeks ago, but haven't got AOR, and bank draft has n't been cashed. Since I got invitation already, can I go back to the bank to stop payment on that bank draft for PNP? and i will tell PNP to withdraw my application.

Congrats to whoever got an ITA.

You will get ITA in next draw for sure. :)

The system is inherently a bad design. There are clearly two groups here. There are two tips of the curve..one for people with nomination & LMIA, another for people without them....a better way would have been to separate the two types and limit number of PR from both groups- and two draws.....it would have been more intuitive, easier for people to track and less frustrating....

Strongly agreed!

Can you please share the link of 12th draw cut off.. its nowhere in website., please!

Guys,

One of the next steps is PCC. My nationality is Indian. I have lived in the US for last 3 years and now I am back to India. I have a PCC for India from Indian Consulate in the US. However, I do not have a PCC (Identitiy histroy summary check) from US authorities (FBI if I am not wrong). As per the note on CIC website, I would need to send finger print information to FBI. The FBI website states it will take 13 weeks for this. Have I got this right? Is there any other way, say by visiting US Consulate in India?

Got my new ITA this Morning ! I just had 463 CRS points ... :)

It's my 2nd ITA, because I had been rejected 2 weeks ago for missing documents ...

Good Luck everybody. And check, double check yours document before submission ...

@ MittiDaBawa: You are absolutely right. Infact expect the timeline to be 14 weeks as I got mine in 14 weeks. There is no alternative to this I guess but again I am residing in US and got it done from here.

May be you can ask Indian consulate. I would suggest to speed up the process as it takes hella time.

Did you applied after 1st of June (like they are asking)? was it for the human capital or th efrench language speaking program? I'm trying to get an invitation through the French speaking program but no results until now and I was wondering if I have to make a new EE profile (mine is from April 2015). Do you have more info regarding this?
