1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

recieved as of indicates the reciept until 22nd Aug!

I basically require more logical explanation based on what they have quoted on website. It says application received as of august 22 are approximate no. That means if my application received on august 19 duly acknowledged by DHL courier along with name of person of cic can have sound grounds to fall safely within the cap.

Point to be noted is they have mentioned the word "received" and not " processed" in respect of lodged applications.

If that was true then my application was received by the same Mike on the 28th of oct'2010 and the cap got closed on the Nov 05th.. what happened actually was that I got my app back with a regret covering letter.. Lets not pre-empt or speculate but face whatever is gonna happen..

I agree with you.....grimreaper......if you guys will lose hope what will happen to me, my application is going to reach today......still on the way.....hoping for a miracle.....till i get final reply from CIO....

Did they mention any reason of rejection? Or they did tell u that because of cap reaching the limit ur application is rejected.

So the Cap in 1122 has been reached.

Did anyone notice this :

Total Applications 897 of 10,000 as of August 10, 2011
Total complete applications 958 of 10,000 as of August 22, 2011
Difference : 61 Applications

As of August 10, 2011 - 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management 419
As of August 22, 2011 - 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management 500
Difference : 81 Applications.

What would this mean????

Hi, my application also reached on 11th July and I got the good news that my fees were charged last 18th of August, more than one month later.

If it helps you, i think the delay in this is caused by a delay in the mail post service since there was a union issue in the national post, my guess is immigration office received an increase number of applications at the same time and that's why it's taking longer. Plus it is summer holiday time, so they must have less employees working in the files.
My application was also returned before because my credit card was rejected, that was my fault, I typed a wrong number, they suggested me to send it back with a new number so i did and now it is done.
I'm awaiting for my application number notification.
I'm from Argentina, I applied as a Psychologist.
Does anyone know someone who had applied last year and how is it going with the process? How much time it used to take to have news about medical request and rest of requirement?

Guys ..jorgill got his CC charged 18 aug 2011 and his application received by CIC on 11 july 2011......does that mean now CIC is charging CC and BD of those application received on 11 july 2011

go on the above mentioned link and look at the comments posted by JORGIL...............his application was received by CIC on 11/07/2011 and his CC charged on 18/08/2011...................it means CIC is now charging appplications received on 11 july 2011.........what do you think guys
