You have to give enough information about your profile in order to be helped. For instance what were the the reasons for refusal etc.

Too much about how canada "is the perfect place for studies" and the sentence about getting a job in canada will work against you. But that's just my opinion.

DO NOT tell them you are planning to work the next year. Usually they ask to show proof of funds for first year tuition fee + a minimum of 10000$ for living expenses. Nowhere should you mention you are planning to work as you are specifically asking for a study permit.
