Called CIC today and the agent said my card was dispatched on 17th Feb by regular mail from Nova Scotia. I asked him for the tracking number, but he said the information is not available in the system. I landed on 12th Jan.

Thanks for the confirmation. I started filling in the form using Adobe. But some of the fields like "Type of certificate or diploma issues" under section 7 are very short and won't take more than 13 characters with the default font size. Also section 2 asks for full name in native language...

Same here. The upload services were up for a while and now am seeing Services down or HTTP 502.

Thanks for confirming. Just tried and still seeing the same issue. Looks like we need to wait till Monday for CIC admins to fix the services.
