Did you leaving gaps in your travel, personal history, address? Have you been refused any visa before?
I haven't been requested. But didn't leave any gaps.

I got schedule A request as her visa was rejected before.

Yea study visa was refused long back..

I didn't get request for Schedule A yet.

Yes, I am under PNP. Sorry I thought you were under PNP as well. Is Schedule A request mandatory for everyone?

We have a very similar timeline...No updates...

I have the similar situation too. 28 aug - Background check in progress, medical passed.

I see a lot of requests for Schedule A in September from different AOR months. Guys, is your ECAS status changing after you submit it or do you get an extra line?

They just sent me an request for schedule A for my wife. I am guessing they ask everyone if their visa was rejected in the past as they specifically mentioned to give details in section 6.

I am in the same boat as you. Got Schedule A request for my wife on 17th Sep. Appreciate if you can clarify the following.

1) The request letter has 2 bullet points but asks for only one document. Is that the case for you as well? Mine says the following:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:

• My Wife's UCI - My Wife's Name:
• Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/24

2) Though the Schedule A is requested for my wife, the document upload section has a new row enabled under the principal applicant section (i.e. me) and no change in my wife's document section. Is that what you see as well?

3) Finally how are you filling in the IMM5669E pdf? Does the form need to be hand filled and scanned?

application on the 15th of august.. or something l, can't remember the exact date.
