Same here. Applied April 2020, DM since August 20 from Vancouver office, no oath ceremony date. They should honestly refund us the $700 something we paid for this shitty service, if they give me my money back, they can take all the time they want because I simply don't care anymore.

OP already got his AOR and is in the system, so sending a new application is bad idea. I would just wait as there were many applicants who never got their status updated but their applications were moving along.

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 9, 2020. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 26, 2020. We started processing your application on December 3, 2020.

Couldn't get through the phone. I sent a webform and got the same old generic reply that everyone gets, ie we are working on applications received before January 14 blah blah. If IRCC is this disorganized in their work and how they process applications, I don't think they should be charging us...

Read on multiple threads that a lot of single applicants got their AOR eventhough they didn't write their names on the back of the pictures. I think that's only a problem if you apply as a family in which case IRCC doesn't know which picture goes with which application.
