Anybody still waiting for "In Process" from February?

I am still waiting to get in process it's ridiculus taking long I applied atip notes they didnt arrive dud a web form that was not answered either what's going on with my file no idea I got my aor on October 10th.

Well, that's not true though is it? If you are legally allowed to work for Canadian companies, who's to say you have to be in Canada to work for them? I'm pretty sure global remote work has skyrocketed this year.

But not yet global citizens or citizenship process. So follow the rules of the country you are interested in being its citizen or just stay put with your current citizenship until you can.

When did you mail your application and when did they receive it?
If it’s in Feb I would re-apply with a new application.

OP already got his AOR and is in the system, so sending a new application is bad idea.
I would just wait as there were many applicants who never got their status updated but their applications were moving along.

My wife received AOR in Sep but recently only her file changed to In Process. It seems that the process has slowed down in the last 2-3 months. So you would possibly need to wait for next month for In Process.

Why do you think that it should be enough of a language proof? Where did you read that sending such information is sufficient?
I think they will send your application back, to be honest. All the reasons not to provide IELTS/CELPIP are here - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...adian-citizen/eligibility/language-proof.html, and your case is not stated there. Only a diploma/degree of a program taken in English (the diploma/degree must explicitly state it) can be used, but not enrolment in a program.
If I were you, I would immediately book a CELPIP test for your wife, pass it ASAP, and submit via Web Form, so when they finally open your package, there is a chance that they won't send it back, already having your wife's test results electronically.

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?
The program can be in or outside Canada.
If you did, send a copy of proof that you completed or are attending a program with your application. Proof can be your:

• diploma
• transcript
• certificate

So, doesn't that mean if she is still a student with CPA Ontario, we can use the transcript to proof her language skills?

I think that we may need to wait for 4-6 months as they have not even rolled out for 2019 applicants at larger scale yet. Only handful of candidates received invite hence long way to go before they head to 2020.
