That was my plan honestly. It used to take them around 2 months to send you the AOR. But with covid I have been waiting for 5 months and nothing. So I had to move eventually.- Masplong

I applied back in April and haven't received AOR yet. In the meantime I moved and changed address. I submitted form for address change online following all steps. In the case my application is not complete and they need to send it back, are they going to send it to my new address or to my old...- Masplong
