    Just wondering if anyone has similar experience. Did you receive the police certificate from FBI even when you forgot to include a check list? Should I send another application with all material right away? Any suggestions?

    For document not in English or French, e.g. birth certificate and marriage certificate, we need a translation with an affidavit. But is a certified copy also required? Thanks
