Same thing here. I checked CIC account yesterday and it says approved and status is closed. Today I received email notice. Got PPR on July 12. Send PP on July 12. PP received on July 14. Case Approved on July 19. Hope I can get passport back this Friday or early next week.

"submitted" Do you mean the status in the CIC account for application? Mine turned to submitted from updated 2 weeks ago! My god, I hope they will be lenient to me.
