Thank you. I think I got the answers. If you have some certified person (with license) to translate, you don't need an Affidavit. If you have your friend to translate, he/she should sign the Affidavit in front of an Commissioner.

No, it doesn't have any thing related to honorary degree on my certificate. I don't know why they assume it is honorary award.

Are you sure about this? Someone else mentioned only ECA for highest level post sec. I know it would be good to provide. That's why I provide my bachelor's degree's ECA. It would be long process to get ECA. That's why I need to make sure it is necessary.
