Hello, We sent our application on June 11, 2012. We used first class mail. What kind of notification will we be receiving to show that they received it? Thanks for any info you may have.

The whole process took two monthes. I called them on Jun 7. They said they would mail my paper on Jun 11. But we got it on the 9th.

My card was charged on May 9, I got the FBI paper on Jun 9.

sponsor is the one who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. The principal applicant is the spouse. We paid Sponsor $75, Principal applicant $475, and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490. The receipt is filled out with the sponsor's information.

We finally got all the papers done and send them off by mail yesterday on June 11th. :)

I am sorry to hear that you lost your receipt. I did follow the Guide 3900 to pay the fee online, $550 + $490 = 1040. At the end I printed the receipt and filled out by hand. good luck to you.

My cost was $370 total ($320 exam + $50 x-ray).

Thanks Kiri. The maple leaf stamp is half on the form and half on the white tape. If I peel the tape off and put my photo on it, than the stamp is missing. The DMP said he will send my IMM1017 to CIC which there is my photo on it. It makes me confused.
