Mississauga or Buffalo?

I am in the US sponsoring my spouse to Canada. Online it says to send the applicatiions to Buffalo, but on one of the checklists it says to send to Mississauga Case Processing Center...which one is it?

That is correct. Alternatively, you can also choose to send it via courier to the alternate address provided at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp (since courier delivery services cannot deliver to PO Boxes)
