my file has been rejected because she is taking social assistance.......she has a 4 year old kid from previous relationship and she is working part time ......so my lawyer told me that under subsection 25 of IRPA ur sponsor can be approved under humanitarian and compassionate grounds..........so...

first of all guard sitting outside will provide u an enquiry form.......u r supposed to fill that one and give it back to him.....than that guard will give ur form to the person sitting at enquiry counter......than that person will decide whether to assist u personally or just give u a printed...

if no one is answering .....i think u should write a letter to embassy.....that u want to reunite with your spouse asap.....use some tragic or emotional words to convince them that u really need ur spouse..........but its really confusing if ur file has exceeded the time limit...y not ur MP is...

this is the case of misrepresentation...........which is considered as a serious offence under canadian immigration laws.......thats y they called u liar n fraud............my suggestion to u is collect as many evidences u can get to prove that ur relationship is genuine and u were not went...

@yug once they approved you they cant reject you........but as u know in our case arc is the biggest hurdle......may be they need those documents to approve ur arc.......what documents did they ask u?is it regarding ur relationship or anything else......or may be they jus want those documents to...

dont know man.............ur wait is scaring me too...bcos i also need an arc..........i also wish that u get ur visa soon so that i can also motivate myself.........
