I guess your application is rejected due to deportation order ! Kindly appeal as per rule in force and surely your application will be accepted and process.

The persons cannot appeal (deportation order) if they have been found inadmissible for any of the following reasons:

They are a security threat;
They have violated human or international rights;
They have received a sentence of at least two years for criminal activity;
They are or have been involved in organized crime; or
They have made a misrepresentation, except in cases where the person is the sponsor's spouse, common-law partner or child.

hey friends i am back,but very much disappointed.i was having very high hopes with this visit..but now..m totally broken..

i reached at the destination at 9 o'clock,i searched for the counter..then saw a line...there were two security guards,one male and another female.i told them that i am here for inquiry.without saying a word..they gave a printed note

Don't lose hope Aman ! Kindly approach with your MP again.

Don't worry about the fee confirmation, it should have already been updated in your file. May be there are conducting BC so only little bit delay.

But I hope your case will be finalized in this month. You have to believe that you're not far from the happy time you deserve in this life. If you have waited for so long just don't lose your patience at the last moment. Stay focused & be a positive support for your hubby as well.

sorry 2 hear tht sunnysybarite... but why did they do tht did u have any criminal record in canda b4 deporting?
i think sunnysybarite went to nd to see if they really stopped the personal enquiries as he is frm delhi,if it so then i m v srry dear bcoz i asked u to go there n u got this bad news, but how did they told u as they dont attend personal enq.......?
i know ur v sad but dear this is the time to look for sm solution dont just give up makeur self strong n look for its solution......plz when ever u get time share the reason with us.....

if the sponsor is on social assistancs wont they reject the case in 1st stage.../???? hope he can sort out everything...

Ok this is only my guess, but remember we had the option of withdrawing or continuing with the case if sponsor found ineligible. Most of us choose to withdraw, maybe sunny chose to go ahead. Im only guessing here that this is the case. Only he can tell us the real reason. Sunny dont lose hope! There has to be a way out!

my file has been rejected because she is taking social assistance.......she has a 4 year old kid from previous relationship and she is working part time ......so my lawyer told me that under subsection 25 of IRPA ur sponsor can be approved under humanitarian and compassionate grounds..........so me and my wife decided to go thru ............but its unfortunate that application got rejected. so,do i have to appeal or i have to file my application again.....bcos they only send my passport back.......the file is still with them
