my application for pemanent residence got rejected as my wife is on social assistance.........so now i have to go for ADR hearing.........but before that my will leave the social assistance and find herself the new aptt. to live.........she is working part time...........can anyone pls suggest what are my chances of winning ADR hearing and what things i should do to win that appeal

If that is the only thing that caused the denial, then your sponsor needs to get off welfare and she needs to get proof of this. As long as the condition that caused her rejection as a sponsor no longer applies, you should have no issues being successful at ADR.
